General Terms and Conditions

All orders, regardless of how they are placed are specifically subject to all the terms and conditions contained herein. No change, alteration, deletion or modification of any of these terms and conditions is permitted. No person is authorized to accept, confirm or vary these terms and conditions including all representations and warranties unless they have been posted on this web site. All terms are specifically and exclusively subject to interpretation under UK law.

Our Liabilities and Warrantees

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Picprojects disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Picprojects does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Picprojects does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.

Products sold by Picprojects are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems. A critical component is any component of a life support device or system whose failure to perform can be reasonably expected to cause the failure of the life support device or system, or to affect its safety or effectiveness. Any attempt to purchase any Picprojects product for that purpose is null and void and Picprojects accepts no liability whatsoever in contract, tort or otherwise whether or not resulting from our or our employees' negligence or failure to detect an improper purchase.

Picprojects' sole obligation for products that prove to be defective within 30 days of purchase will be for replacement or refund. Picprojects gives no warranty, either expressed or implied, and specifically disclaims all other warranties, including warranties for merchantability and fitness. In no event shall Picprojects liability exceed the buyer's purchase price, nor shall Picprojects be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Our refund or replacement policy does not apply to products which have been subject to misuse (including static discharge), neglect, accident or modification, or which have been soldered or altered during assembly and not capable of being tested.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Picprojects product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Picprojects reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Picprojects reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Picprojects shall issue a credit to your PayPal or credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Documentation

The Picprojects online store sells kits for projects described on the respective projects pages of the Picprojects website.

The Project page for each kit contains all the required inormation to assemble and operate the kit. No hard copy of instructions or documentation is provided with any of the kits supplied by Picprojects.   

Shipping Damage

If you receive an order that has been damaged in-transit, it is important that you keep the packaging and parts intact. Please contact us immediately so that we may replace the order and seek compensation from our carriers.

Returns

All non-fault returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% or GBP3.00, which is the greater.
